In a small office, deep within The Corporation.
SC: Boss, we’ve got a problem.
MC: You mean you’ve got a problem? You know I don’t do problems. *Glares*. Go on, what is it.
SC: Well you know that Vincent guy? The one who wrote the Doop “fake spoiler” article for the 1st of April?
MC: Err. Yeah. And.
SC: Well he’s asked to do a spoiler and saying no to only him would make us look inhuman.
MC: And you can’t just give him one because?
SC: This guy is powerful and more slippery than a Pulse Rifle. One moment he’s pointing exactly where you want him too, helping to make us look great. Then you make a small mistake and it’s like some kind of Magnetokinesis. That Pulse Rifle is pointing at you instead!
MC: Come on, you know how short the deadlines are for writing spoiler articles. It’s not like he’s going to be able to figure out our design mistakes from half the team’s cards and a few hours since.
SC: He was a pro player for the old Vs.
MC: And he’s not done much since. It’s not like he’s been using Terrigenesis and will be swinging forth with +2/+2 next time around. Is it!
SC: No boss.
MC: Then stop waisting my time and get on with your job!
SC: So you’re not going to blame me if his spoiler causes a firestorm?
MC: How long have you worked here SC? You know how this works. I’m not making the decision here. You’re picking the card and you’re sending sending it out. If anything goes wrong, I knew nothing about it. Just like that Doop article.
SC: Cheers boss. *under breath* It’s good to know where I stand. *thinks* That at any moment you might go all Warrant Officer Ripley and Daze me stripping me off all the +1/+1 tokens I’ve built up. Just so I can continue to rearrange the equipment in your office. I feel like Dinesh Deol recently transformed and under attack by Hydra. But I doubt Queen Medusa, Johnny Storm, Triton or Naja are going to turn up to assist and befriend me. At least I know which card I’m going to send Vincent now…
Grid is our second spoiler today and is yet another interesting Inhumans SC! His Magnetokinesis allows players to manipulate their board state via equipment movement! And when combined with our spoiler from earlier, Captain Swain, it’s free!
